As a SAP Functional Consultant – PRC at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and implementing solutions to meet business objectives. This includes assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future-state business solutions that integrate seamlessly with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design.Key Responsibilities:Analyze organizational processes and design solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology and business goals. Act as a subject matter expert in business process reengineering and provide guidance and solutions to work-related challenges. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and workflows. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in processes. Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication among stakeholders. Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in business process analysis and design to drive innovation and efficiency. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of [4 years] of experience in functional consulting or business analysis. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools. Strong understanding of Business Process Design and its application in functional consulting. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing system solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process documentation. Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in relevant business process analysis or functional consulting areas. Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Experience with process optimization, reporting, and compliance. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in business operations.
