At Nextlane, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, push boundaries, and work on solutions that are transforming the automotive world.Context of the positionYou will work closely with our customers, providing them with advice and support both remotely and on-site. You will deliver services and expertise in implementation projects, train new and existing customers, and document product knowledge. You should feel comfortable delivering training sessions and speaking in front of groups.Focus Area: Training, consulting, and support for customers regarding the financial accounting module.Travel Requirement: Around 15% of working time will involve travel (our customers are primarily based in Netherlands and Belgium.🎯 Your Responsibilities:As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:Close collaboration with our customers, providing consulting and support to facilitate their daily operations, both remotely and on-site.Delivering services and expertise in deployment and implementation projects.Set-up, train and support customers in our applications.Documenting product knowledge, including knowledge articles and training materials.Supporting and managing customer support cases.Participating in the testing of new features in cooperation with our engineers and product department🕵️ What We're Looking For:Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, project management, customer success, or implementation roles within a software/SaaS companyLanguages: Proficient in Dutch (written and spoken) and good skills in English. Speaking French is a bonus.Communication: Comfortable presenting and explaining complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled at managing client expectations and maintaining clear communication across stakeholdersTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of software applications and systems, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.Strong background in financial processes and accounting. You understand accounting, financial reporting, and internal control processes and can translate this knowledge into practical software applications.Experience with support tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), and documentation platformsFamiliarity with software testing processes and collaboration with development teamsAbility to create training materials and user guidesProfessional Automotive background is a plusInterpersonal Skills: Strong coaching skillsConfident communicator in group settingsCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approachAct as a sparring partner for clients in financial implementation issues.Strong collaboration skills and a team player attitudeCapable of working independently, managing priorities, and handling pressure in dynamic environmentsEmpathetic listener with a consultative approach to client needsHigh willingness to travel🤝 Our Recruitment Process:15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Interview with the Hiring TeamPresential interview with the Hiring Team💎 What We Offer:We understand that flexibility and trust are essential for our teams.
