Bruin are partnering with a global financial services organisation, who are seeking a Vice President - Fund Accounting to oversee delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of clients from their Dublin office.Role Responsibilities of the Vice President - Fund Accounting include:Lead a high-performing fund accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate NAV production across multiple fund types.Act as the senior escalation point for clients, managing queries, new product launches, and regulatory updates.Oversee KPI delivery, governance meetings, and internal controls in line with company policies.Partner with global stakeholders to drive process efficiency, automation, and strategic change initiatives.Support audits, system migrations, and product conversions.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Candidate Requirements of the Vice President - Fund Accounting:Minimum 10+ years’ fund accounting experience within asset servicing or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong technical knowledge of NAV oversight, ETF and mutual fund accounting, and regulatory frameworks.Proven people management and client relationship skills.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA) advantageous.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Confident leader with a track record of delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned fund accounting professional looking for a new role at a world-leading financial services house.The firm offers a collaborative company culture, clear career progression and competitive employee benefits.If you believe your experience aligns with the criteria, please apply with your CV.
