Fund AnalystAre you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for Excel? We’re looking for a Junior Fund Accountant who’s not only comfortable with numbers but also passionate about improving processes and driving operational efficiency.About the Role:In this role, you’ll support the fund accounting team with daily operations while actively contributing to process enhancements. Your advanced Excel skills will be key in analysing data, automating tasks, and building tools that help us work smarter.Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly fund valuations and performance reportsReconcile cash, positions, and transactions across multiple platformsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesUse Excel to streamline reporting, automate reconciliations, and build templatesDocument and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvementsSupport audit and compliance activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of experience in fund accounting or financial operations (internships welcome)Strong Excel skills – including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and ideally some VBAAnalytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingInterest in process optimisation and continuous improvementExcellent communication and teamwork skills
