Job Description

NYC based boutique fund formation and securities law firm seeking full time onsite paralegal assisting in entity formations, obtaining tax IDs, filing Form Ds and state investment adviser registrations and processing invoices. Familiarity with Clio (legal practice management software) a plus. Full time salary of $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience with year-end performance-based bonus, Health Insurance with United Health insurance. Employees eligible for retirement plans after one year.
