Fund manager (New Fund)

We are seeking an experienced Fund Manager to lead and manage a newly established fund targeting high-potential investment opportunities in Thailand and Singapore. This role requires a strong track record in fund management, deal sourcing, and investor relations, with a strategic mindset to drive growth and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns.Thailand/SingaporeKey Responsibilities:Lead the setup and management of a new fund, including investment strategy, fund structuring, and governance.Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in private equity, real estate, and alternative assets.Build and maintain relationships with investors, family offices, and institutional clients.Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential investments.Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in both Thailand and Singapore.Contribute to fundraising activities and marketing of the fund to potential investors.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in fund management, private equity, or investment banking.Strong understanding of Thai and Singaporean investment regulations and market landscape.Proven track record in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Fluency in English; Thai language skills preferred.What We Offer:Opportunity to lead a high-profile new fund in a growing market.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
