They partner with top asset managers and asset owners globally to deliver governance, compliance and regulatory solutions.๐Ÿ’ก Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity is now available for a talented funds professional to join as Fund Onboarding Manager. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that offers exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and a unique view across the full spectrum of ManCo services. The onboarding team provides an exceptional learning curve, combining project ownership with high-level client interaction. Key Responsibilities* ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Lead the onboarding of new funds, ensuring processes are delivered in a timely and risk-controlled manner. * ๐Ÿค Act as the central point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, coordinating closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations). * ๐ŸŽค Present new clients to approval committees and boards, managing queries and ensuring successful sign-off. * ๐Ÿ“ž Coordinate project calls and stakeholder meetings, driving progress and ensuring closure of key actions. * ๐ŸŒ Build strong relationships with external delegates (administrators, depositaries, investment managers, distributors) to align on processes and service delivery. * ๐Ÿข Represent the firm during client site visits and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes. Minimum Requirements* ๐Ÿ’ผ 5-7 years' experience in fund onboarding, fund implementation, or client relationship management within the funds industry. * ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Strong track record of client and senior stakeholder engagement. * ๐Ÿ“Š Excellent project management skills with proven ability to lead complex, multi-party initiatives. * ๐ŸŽฏ Confident communicator with experience presenting to committees or boards. * ๐Ÿ“š Solid understanding of UCITS and AIF structures; familiarity with management company structures an advantage. * ๐ŸŒ Fluent English; additional languages such as French, German or Mandarin highly desirable.
