Fund Operations Director – Dublin – Fund Manager.A cracking opportunity for a Director Level Fund Administration professional to move client side working directly with an Active Global Fund Manager based in Dublin. You will join a boutique team based here in Dublin and lead the funds operational side of the business, working closely with the UK teams as well as the US and broader Asia Pac business, whilst focusing on the active funds here in Ireland. The role in GeneralAnalyse and evaluate current operational set up and ensure robust procedures are identified and implemented – Nav Oversight, Investment Monitoring, financial reporting, Custody & Depositary oversight as well as all other operational duties that develop and arise. Lead an initial team of 2 – Investment accountant and Risk and Compliance manager. Act as the designated person for all operations queries an issues within the Dublin business Manage internal and external relationships accordingly including Auditor and Fund Administrator. Act as the “Go To” in relation to new regulatory implications and ensure processes are aligned and redesigned correctly. Create strong internal relationships across the business both in Ireland, UK and beyond. The successful candidate will have gained at least 15 years plus experience across the Fund Operations landscape with exposure to Custody, NAV, Trustee, Fund Admin etc seen as a must. Exposure to Private Equity structures would also be a positive however all types of fund structures will be of interest.
