We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Latin American (LATAM) market. As a key player in our global growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing relationships, sourcing top trading talent, and building brand visibility across the region. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services or trading, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics. Key Responsibilities:  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to attract and onboard traders across LATAM.
 • Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with trading educators, influencers, affiliates, and online trading communities.  • Act as a brand ambassador, increasing awareness and trust in our funded trader programs and proprietary trading solutions.  • Work with marketing teams to localize campaigns, content, and promotional strategies for the LATAM audience.  • Lead outreach efforts to onboard high-potential traders and partners in countries within LATAM.  • Analyze regional performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategy accordingly.  • Represent the company at LATAM-focused online events, webinars, and trading expos. Required Skills & Qualifications:  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is ideal.
 • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in the trading, fintech, or financial services sectors.  • Strong understanding of proprietary trading models (evaluation accounts, profit splits, scaling plans, etc. ).  • Native or fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.  • Proven experience in LATAM markets and ability to navigate cultural and regulatory nuances.  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.  • Proficient in CRM software (e. g. , HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and data analysis tools.
