Funding & Financial Partnership Associate

ResponsibilitiesProcessing funding activities such as obtaining bank/syndicated loans, issuing debt securities, or establishing partnerships with multilateral institutions.Analyzing covenants related to funding activities and reporting on them periodically.Processing corporate and instrument ratings from rating agencies.Managing strategic relationships with financial partners (banks, investors, multilateral institutions, rating agencies, and other supporting professionals). QualificationsMaster's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in finance, management, capital markets, banking, or consultingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.In-depth understanding of corporate finance and funding sources, such as bond/sukuk issuance and banking facilities.Ability to process quantitative data for investor relations needs.Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with financial partners (banks, investors, and other supporting professionals)Experience in the funding process, including document preparation, communication, and negotiations with banks/investors, is a plus.
