This role is pivotal in managing institutional funding relationships, structuring debt solutions, and supporting the company’s rapid growth through scalable financing frameworks.The ideal candidate brings a proven background in debt financing, corporate relationship management (especially within the non-bank financial institution space), or experience in fintech capital markets. The role demands sharp analytical skills, strong storytelling and communication abilities, and fluency in key regional languages.Additionally, as Atome continues to pioneer embedded finance across the region, we greatly value candidates with exposure to structuring and operationalizing embedded finance products—especially those involving digital execution, contract management between multiple parties, and understanding of data privacy requirements. While not required, such experience is highly regarded and would enable the candidate to excel in the role.Key Responsibilities Lead and execute funding transactions across multiple geographies, from deal structuring to documentation and closing Build and maintain relationships with institutional lenders, including banks, funds, and other capital providers Review and analyze financial models to assess transaction economics and credit metrics Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology) to align funding strategies with business objectives Develop and deliver compelling funding materials, including investor decks, term sheets, and information memos Support funding audits, due diligence, and regulatory filings where necessary Track and manage deal timelines and workflows to ensure smooth execution Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovative capital solutions Maintain meticulous documentation and process control for all funding-related activities (Nice to have) Contribute to the development of scalable embedded finance operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align partner roles, digital data flows, and compliance frameworksRequirements7–10 years of relevant experience in: Debt structuring, capital markets, or institutional funding Corporate relationship management in banking, especially with non-bank financial institutions Fintech or financial services with a funding or treasury function Demonstrated track record of executing funding deals, including bilateral, syndicated, or structured financingsTechnical Skill Sets Proficient in credit analysis and debt structuring techniques Strong understanding of financial models and cash flow forecasting Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; can simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines High attention to detail and execution rigor Highly organized, with a proven ability to run complex, cross-functional projects Intellectually curious and eager to understand new fintech and funding modelsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field CFA, FRM, or similar certifications advantageous Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Southeast Asia (e.g., OJK, BSP, MAS) (Great to have) Experience in digitally operationalizing embedded finance solutions, including: Structuring commercial agreements across multiple parties (e.g., lenders, platforms, originators) Aligning legal, product, and data workflows in digital lending models Understanding data privacy and governance in embedded finance ecosystemsGood To Have Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to work with stakeholders in mainland China Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia to work with Indonesia stakeholders Tagalog proficiency
