Funding Manager

Job Summary:Responsible for developing and executing funding strategies to attract and manage investors, ensuring sufficient liquidity for lending activities and sustainable platform growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement funding plans to achieve loan disbursement targets.Build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors.Identify and secure new funding partnerships (banks, corporates, or high-net-worth individuals).Monitor funding performance and ensure alignment with company goals.Ensure all funding activities comply with OJK and internal policies.Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Marketing teams to optimize funding channels.Lead and guide the funding team to achieve performance targets.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in funding, investment, or capital markets (preferably in fintech/P2P).Strong investor network and negotiation skills.Good understanding of P2P business models and OJK regulations.Strategic, target-driven, and strong in stakeholder communication.
