General Responsibilities:Perform sales activities to ensure business growth and achieve set targets, including cross-selling with low COF funding, increasing Fee-Based Income, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers.Capable and disciplined in implementing customer development focused on increasing transaction volume including increasing placement of funds at Bank JTrust IndonesiaConsistently monitor business movements in the market and provide management with reports on potential business opportunities to explore, aiming to enhance the business and profitability of Bank J Trust Indonesia.Take responsibility for achieving targets in third-party funds (Funding), NOA, NEW CIF, and Payroll.Execute the business achievement process in accordance with policies and procedures.Requirements:Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalentExperienced at least 3 year(s) in the same position from Banking IndustryHave knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking RegulationsGood communication and persuasion skillHave wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customersProficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targetsStrong integrity and punctual personAble to work together in team or individuallyWilling to be placed at Jabodetabek area
