Our team operates with excellence, integrity, and a heart for impact.Role Overview:We are looking for an individual, full time with a 3 month probation period. The salary for this role will be determined based on experience and will be increased periodically. (The higher end of the salary will only be offered to people with previous experience doing institutional fundraising for non-profits).Responsibilities:Grant Research: Identifying foundation, corporate and governmental leads for our non-profit clientsGrant Writing: Writing winning proposals for our clientsDonor Calls: Soliciting donors for funds via the phoneMeeting Attendance: Attending internal and external meetingsMarketing: Designing marketing material such as Sponsorship Decks and Cases for SupportProject Management: Tracking progress and coordinating with colleagues - using project management toolsOutreach to attract new clients: Using a CRM to help find additional clientsQualifications:We are looking for people who speak PERFECT English, both written and oral (this is essential and we would ask you to refrain from applying if you do not meet this condition).French is an asset3+ years prior grant writing experience3+ years prior non-profit experienceExcellent Writing skillsA passion for the non-profit sectorDigital Fundraising / Marketing experience an assetCRM experience an assetIndustry:Non-profit Organizations
