Fundraising Manager

Our mission is to empower vulnerable communities and promote equality through sustainable initiatives and compassionate action.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fundraising Manager to develop and execute effective fundraising strategies that help us expand our programs and reach more people in need.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement fundraising plans aligned with Echo Foundation’s mission and annual goals.Identify, research, and engage potential donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.Prepare grant proposals, concept notes, and partnership presentations for local and international funding opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners through regular communication and reporting.Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, charity events, and online giving initiatives.Collaborate with program and communications teams to design impactful proposals and donor engagement materials.Monitor fundraising performance, track progress toward targets, and prepare regular reports for management.Ensure compliance with all donor and regulatory requirements related to fundraising activities.Represent Echo Foundation in networking events, donor meetings, and public forums to promote the organization’s work.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 5 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development, preferably within the NGO sector.Strong understanding of donor engagement, proposal writing, and fundraising strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve fundraising targets.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with donor databases or CRM tools.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Commitment to the values, vision, and mission of Echo Foundation.What We Offer:Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that transform lives.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Competitive salary and benefits based on experience and performance.
