Our focus are:• Human and Children's Rights ○ Empowerment Family and Children Education ○ HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign ○ Dental Health Awareness Campaign ○ Orphanages Awareness Campaign• Marine Environment• Emergency Relief• Issues on Cultural Heritage ManagementOpportunityWe are looking for a Fundraising Officer with the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in fundraising, sales, partnership development, or marketing — preferably within the non-profit sector.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.• Creative thinking with the ability to design, develop, and present engaging fundraising campaigns to diverse audiences.• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.• Strong familiarity with grant writing, proposal development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices is mandatory.• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple fundraising pipelines simultaneously.Compensation Structure (Commission-Based)This position applies a hybrid compensation model, consisting of:• A basic monthly salary, and• A commission based on a percentage of successfully acquired and received funds generated through the Fundraising Officer’s efforts.Details regarding the commission rate and structure will be discussed during the interview stage.Job Descriptions• Design and execute effective fundraising strategies to meet annual financial targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and institutional partners.• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and events to drive support and increase awareness.• Draft and submit grant applications and proposals aligned with the foundation’s mission and priorities.• Develop engaging content for fundraising materials, including social media posts.• Monitor and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations in all fundraising activities.• Provide detailed updates and reports to the management team on fundraising performance and progress.• Participate in other programs at the foundation as needed.How to ApplyIf you are interested in joining us, please send your job application to the following link: https://bit.ly/WF-FundraisingOfficer.For more information, please contact our contact person (09.00-17.00 WITA) at the following number +62 812-2786-0502 (Manika).
