Responsibilities:Support the structuring, setup, and maintenance of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs, PE, and RE vehicles. This hands-on exposure builds technical expertise and strategic insight.Draft offering documents, partnership agreements, and regulatory filings, gaining involvement in all stages of fund lifecycle.Advise asset managers and institutional clients on regulatory, operational, and strategic questions, strengthening client interaction and commercial awareness.Collaborate with international offices on cross-border projects, benefiting from high-level transactions and global perspectives.
