Tetris manages the entire process from initial concept and space planning to final installation, including project management, procurement, and coordination of various trades.Role – Furniture and Sustainability DesignerJLL's Design Desk is seeking an experienced Furniture and Sustainability Designer to straddle our global initiatives in sustainability and furniture solutions.This remote position will include the management of a distributed sustainability team while overseeing the delivery of comprehensive furniture and sustainability solutions to JLL and Tetris studios worldwide. The successful candidate will drive innovation in sustainability and furniture delivery solutions while ensuring seamless project delivery across our international portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementManage a remote sustainability team across multiple time zones and regionsCoordinate cross-functional collaboration between sustainability specialists and furniture consultantsEstablish clear communication protocols for remote team operations and foster professional developmentCollate information and data into client ready presentation formatsDevelop internal information capture in the JLL Loop Library and Furniture LibrarySustainability Strategy & ImplementationEstablish sustainability service standards, guidelines, and best practicesFacilitate monitoring and reporting on sustainability KPIs, including carbon footprint, waste diversion, and sustainable material usageStay current with global sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, etc.) and regulatory requirementsFurniture Services ManagementEnsure quality control and compliance with brand standards across all furniture deliverablesDrive innovation in sustainable furniture solutions and circular economy practicesDevelop presentation, layouts and RFP libraries to fast track daily functions in Tetris Furniture Solutions
