Fusion Techno-Functional HCM ConsultantKey Responsibilities:Lead HCM module implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent).Analyze current EBS configurations and map to Fusion Cloud capabilities.Validating the existing EBS functionality can be met with Oracle HCM Fusion modules OOTB alongside Oracle via CRPs.Design and develop reports, integrations (using OIC), and extensions.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth transition.Required Skills:10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with 6+ years in Fusion Cloud.Strong understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and data model.Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI.Familiarity with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
