Read more about the role and apply. About The RoleWe’re looking for a (Senior) UI/UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding digital services that blend user needs with business goals.

You’ll play a key part in shaping user experiences and visual design across various platforms – from early discovery phases through to production. You’ll have the chance to work hands-on across a broad range of design challenges, including interaction design, user research, prototyping, UI design, and design systems. You’ll also take a strategic view – guiding design direction, mentoring junior designers, and partnering with clients to understand their users and deliver meaningful impact. You’re curious, collaborative, and thrive in agile environments where learning is a team sport. While hybrid work is our default, for this role we’re looking for someone who enjoys spending time with the team at the office 2–3 days a week. The role is open in both our Helsinki and Tampere offices, but Helsinki is preferred due to client collaboration.

Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities, and impact. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits. For this (Senior) UI/UX Designer role in Helsinki or Tampere, the on-target compensation varies between 4590-6050 EUR on a monthly basis depending on the career level.
