Fuzor Modeller

Job brief:We are seeking a skilled Fuzor Modeler to develop high-quality 4D/VR simulations, visualizations, and immersive design models using Fuzor software. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, architects, and BIM teams to produce interactive project simulations, particularly for large-scale and mission-critical facilities such as data centers. US project experience is considered an asset. Key Responsibilities:Develop 4D construction simulations, virtual walkthroughs, and immersive VR presentations using Fuzor.Integrate BIM/Revit/3D models into Fuzor for project visualization and design validation.Create realistic renderings, animations, and interactive presentations for client reviews.Coordinate with BIM and engineering teams to ensure models are accurate and aligned with project design intent.Support clash detection, sequencing, and construction planning reviews within Fuzor.Enhance stakeholder engagement by preparing virtual design presentations and interactive simulations.Assist design and project managers in using VR/AR tools for decision-making and presentations.Maintain software libraries, visualization standards, and ensure quality outputs.Stay updated with emerging visualization technologies and workflows.Qualifications & Experience :Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Visualization, or related field.3–5 years of experience in BIM and visualization, with specific expertise in Fuzor.Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and other 3D/BIM platforms.Knowledge of construction sequencing and 4D modeling.Experience in data center or mission-critical projects is a plus.Familiarity with US standards and project workflows is an asset.Strong design visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team under deadlines.
