High school diploma (12th grade);0–2 years of professional experience in IT support or technical roles;Experience working with Windows Operating Systems;Proficiency in MS Office tools;Experience in diagnosing hardware and software issues;Experience supporting systems remotely;Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, and electromechanical equipment;Experience in ITIL-based service environments;Fluent in English and Portuguese(minimum B2 level);Driving license and willingness to travel.
