Role & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate has a passion for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and industries like fashion, beauty, food and families. The candidate understands or is highly interested in influencer culture, and possesses an exceptional level of personal organization and ability to manage projects from start to finish. They should be professional, flexible, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented.

This type of individual is outgoing, poised, and a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. They have the ability to work efficiently with the team in a fast-paced environment with high volume e-mail/workload while communicating and balancing priorities across multiple projects. This role will provide support to Talent Managers and their roster of managed Talent. This role will heavily focus on the coordination of campaigns as well as the administrative tasks required to push projects forward.

This role is vital to G&B Digital Management's day-to-day operations, as the Campaign Coordination team liaises between Managers, Talent, and Brand / Agency partners to ensure streamlined communications and a seamless experience for all. This is a career-growth role: the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full time Junior Talent Manager and eventually Talent Manager, learning the ins and outs of talent representation in one of the fastest-growing industries in media. Follow up with Talent to ensure campaigns are on schedule. Aid in selecting influencers for potential campaigns. Coordinate with influencers on client requests. Attend weekly calls with Sales and Leadership teams. Draft and send business development proposals on behalf of Managers. Execute partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion, including timeline coordination, brief creation, call/schedule organization, calendar management, shipment oversight, and arranging preview/live dates. Coordinate meetings and travel for Talent Managers and Talent. Attend events or set visits with Talent if local. Ensure accurate and timely invoice submissions with the accounting department. Participate in company-wide initiatives and activities.

Qualifications2-3 years of administrative assistant / project management experience in a related field (i. e.

Talent agent, Talent management, PR, digital/influencer marketing, social and/or brand)Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability along with ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workloadProactive, organized, and solution and detail-oriented work styleAbility to problem solve while working in a deadline-intensive environmentExperience in the influencer / digital media industry as well as social media best practices is preferredPassion for social media and brands, with an interest in developing Talent relationshipsWorking knowledge of G Suite, Hubspot, Zoom, Mac, Canva, and SlackExperienced using Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
