RequirementsYour RoleUX Lead for Value Stream projects, ensuring quality, direction, and delivery while championing user-centered design and aligning with business goalsEngage deeply with clients to uncover needs, translate them into actionable UX strategies, and contribute to Netcetera's thought leadership and UX offeringsDesign and facilitate high-impact workshops, drive co-creation with stakeholders, and guide customers from early ideation through to implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with sales for client proposals, create sales UX mockups and prototypes, and identify upselling opportunities Your ProfileExpertise in UX, UI, and design thinking with a strong portfolio, and success in consulting, translating user insights into business valueExperience in mobile/web design, conversational interfaces, and preferably in finance/banking or complex digital ecosystemsTrack record in pre-sales and client-facing delivery, with an academic background in design, HCI, business, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of usability, UX best practices, and methodologies, with a proactive, hands-on, and results-driven personalityExcellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, and the ability to work in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams with a customer-centric mindset
