So if you think your time to shine is now then start your journey and join us !MISSIONAs an Area Sales Manager, you will manage business across assigned territories by workingclosely with our distributor network and key accounts in both on-premises and retail sectors.
Your focus will include opening accounts such as regional hotel, restaurant, retail, or cash andcarry chains, growing prestige wines distribution in the most iconic and premium restaurants ofyour area and developing business plans and sales for our best sellers with our existingcustomers database. You will exceed the stated goals by creating monthly placements, programs and brandembassies. Together with the distributor salesforce you will implement, monitor and evaluate these programs execution while in the trade. You will connect with key-accounts to grow our business by targeting sales by brand and monitoring the execution via sales reporting.
Byutilizing sales data and information you will identify opportunities and achieve brand standards. By conducting business meetings, retailer- and staff trainings you will create ambassadors forour brands. Through leadership, inspirational confidence, and gained respect as our companyspokesman during meetings and work withs, you will motivate and manage distributorssalesforce and executives. Emphasis is placed on building strong relationships with key distributor personnel, targetaccounts and local and regional chain customers.
