The role focuses on on-site execution, MEP coordination, and interface management between trades and stakeholders. The project involves extending and upgrading existing critical infrastructure in a live environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as client-side Construction Manager for daily site activitiesCoordinate mechanical and electrical trades, manage interfaces and timelinesSupervise subcontractors, enforce safety, quality, and compliance standardsMonitor installation works and support testing and commissioningServe as liaison between GC, vendors, consultants, and the internal project teamEnsure compliance with German regulations and industry best practicesReport progress, risks, and deviations to the client teamYour Profile5+ years experience in construction management (preferably on data centers or mission-critical sites)Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineeringExperience in brownfield environments with active systems or live sitesStrong communication and coordination skillsFluent in English; German is a plusAvailable for on-site presence in Leipzig for 9 months (freelance basis)
