TrendingJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Communicate with customers (in person or by phone/email) and assess their equipment service and repair needs. Open and manage service work orders with accurate descriptions of symptoms and service requirements. Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service managers to schedule and prioritize jobs. Estimate labour, materials, and parts costs and provide customers with timely and transparent quotes. Monitor job progress and keep customers informed about the status of their equipment. Review completed jobs with customers, explain work performed, and handle billing and invoicing.
Upsell preventative maintenance, inspections, and additional service solutions based on equipment usage and condition. Handle warranty claims and service contract documentation. Maintain service records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are followed in all service operations.
