Job Description

Position SummarySupport the development and execution of Galaxy Macau’s influencer strategy on platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu including external influencer campaigns and employee influencer development. This role will work closely with the internal Business Unit, Marketing Partnerships, and external agencies to ensure influencer marketing effectively drives social exposure, engagement, and incremental sales. Primary ResponsibilityIntegrated Calendar Planning: Work closely with the Marketing Partnerships and Business Unit to consolidate external influencer and employee influencer promotion timelines into the overall IRS marketing calendar. Cross-Department Coordination:

Act as a key liaison between the Business Unit, Marketing Partnerships, employee influencers, and external agencies to ensure all influencer campaigns are properly briefed, aligned, and executed smoothly. Influencer Selection & Performance Management: Lead the selection of suitable external influencers to match each campaign’s objectives and target audience. Support the grooming and development of employee influencers to become effective brand advocates. Employee Influencer Program: Support the planning, grooming, and execution of Galaxy Macau’s employee influencer program. Ensure employee influencers receive the correct briefs, content direction, and necessary support to maximize social exposure and drive incremental sales.

Strategy & Monthly Planning: Support the Business Units in developing monthly influencer marketing strategies and calendars for both external influencers and employee influencers, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and driving property visits and sales. Agency Management: Manage influencer agencies to ensure they fully understand campaign briefs, project goals, and execution plans for both external influencers and employee influencers. Oversee shooting schedules and ensure timely content delivery. Content Review & Timeline Management: Ensure all external influencer and employee influencer content is properly reviewed, aligned with brand guidelines, and published according to the agreed timeline. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

Consolidate and analyze influencer performance reports across both external influencer and employee influencer campaigns. Provide actionable insights to improve influencer selection, content strategy, and future campaign planning, with the goal of driving measurable social exposure and incremental sales. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnership marketing. Experience working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholder management, and multi-stakeholder campaigns. Prior experience in managing influencer agencies and working with external influencers on platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, etc. is required.

Experience supporting employee influencer or internal ambassador programs is a plus. Background in integrated resorts or hospitality brands preferred. Strong project management and coordination skills: able to manage multiple teams, briefs, agencies, and influencers simultaneously. Solid experience in cross-department collaboration and ability to act as a central point of contact. Knowledge of employee influencer programs and social selling strategies is an advantage. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems in Greater China (Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, etc. )Strong agency management and briefing skills. Detail-oriented with excellent content review and timeline management abilities.

Proficient in data consolidation, campaign reporting, and performance analysis to track social media ROI and sales impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
