This is agri-tech innovation that is shaping the future of pasture-based farming. What This Role OffersThis is a pivotal leadership role driving the global scale-up of eShepherd™.

As Head of Customer and Sales Scaling, you will lead the design and delivery of systems, processes, and teams that enable sustainable, profitable growth. Your mission is to build a data-informed operating model that ensures excellence across every stage of the customer journey — from sales forecasting and onboarding to lifetime engagement and support. You’ll champion operational performance and unlock insights that drive continuous improvement and empower teams to exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will drive impact across these core areasScaling Operations and Enablement Develop and implement scalable processes and infrastructure that underpin global growth.

Adapt Gallagher’s systems to meet the evolving needs of a recurring revenue business. Data-Driven Performance Lead forecasting, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise system performance. Use data to surface insights, track success metrics, and enable proactive improvements. Customer Success and Experience Drive strategies that enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a commitment to excellence and measurable impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and regional teams to deliver a seamless, integrated customer journey. Align functions behind shared objectives and continuous learning.

Team Leadership and Culture Build and inspire high-performing teams who embrace innovation, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a strategic and operational leader with a strong track record of scaling high-growth or start-ups. You bring deep experience in operations, customer success or business scaling, preferably within agri-tech or technology-enabled services. You thrive in complexity and are skilled at building trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your leadership style is empowering and grounded - you combine vision with discipline and have a natural ability to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
