The OpportunityWe’re looking for a commercially minded and detail-focused Pricing Analyst to join our high-performing Security Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support Gallagher’s global pricing strategy - ensuring our pricing systems and models reflect market insights, optimise profitability, and provide clarity to the wider business.

Reporting to the Pricing & Performance Manager, you’ll work across departments and global teams, owning pricing tools, analysing data, and providing valuable insights that influence decision-making. From managing our annual pricing review process to resolving pricing queries and validating global sales quotations, you’ll help shape our approach to pricing in a dynamic and competitive international market. You’ll also support broader business goals through analysis, modelling, and reporting, making key contributions to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, with opportunities to innovate and evolve how we work.

The FitYou’re a data-driven thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, and systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive mindset to problem-solving and process improvement. Your strengths will include:
