??Gallows is a fast-growing AI and media startup based in Tokyo. We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to join our small but high-performing team. This internship is perfect for students interested in startups, AI, and how new businesses come to life. You’ll work directly with two foreign founders on exciting projects involving social media, marketing strategy, and brand building. Our office is located just 1 minute from the Hachik? statue in Shibuya, and we operate in a flexible hybrid setup (possibility of full remote depending on the case).

We offer a 10–12 week hands-on experience, with the potential for extension or even transition to a full-time role. You’ll be given real ownership and a chance to learn how marketing drives an early-stage business and how to think like a founder. ??????We’re looking for curious and proactive students (undergraduate or graduate) with strong English skills, and a passion for startups and media. Japanese is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and social media • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter • Basic skills in photo or video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop, etc. ) • Comfort with data and analytics (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc. ) • Bonus: SEO, storytelling, or short-form content creation skills • Passion for AI, tech, and understanding how businesses grow from 0 to 1????You’ll be supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and scheduling social media content • Helping shape our brand voice across platforms • Tracking performance and running simple analytics • Assisting with campaign planning, launch prep, and project management • Liasing with external Collaborators to bring projects to life • Collaborating on brainstorming and creative strategyThis is a startup role, meaning you’ll wear multiple hats and get exposed to how real businesses work behind the scenes. ???Who We’re Looking For:
