We’re Hiring: Galvanization EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day operations of the hot dip galvanization plant to ensure production targets are met. Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance. Oversee plant equipment maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve production schedules. Prepare and present production reports, including key performance metrics, to management. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished products. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field preferred). 7–10 years of experience in hot dip galvanization operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of galvanizing plant machinery, processes, and safety standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
