Since 2016 we have released multiple games on many different platforms including, Sunshine Island and the much beloved Big Farm: Mobile Harvest that is enjoyed by a quarter million players daily.We are looking for a Game Data Analyst to help us launch new and support existing games by analyzing game KPI performance and growing our player base.If you thrive in data, are passionate about using insights to drive performance, and want to make a real impact on the gaming industry, we want you to be part of our team.YOUR MISSIONWork as part of a game team to successfully launch and support our gamesCollaborated closely with product managers to communicate complex findings through clear data storytelling and impactful visualizationsPerform statistical and graphical analyses for ongoing game performance and long-term KPIs projectionsDesign, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure impact of game features or live ops eventsSet up effective data visualizations, primarily in TableauShape and maintain ETL and data integration pipelinesYOUR BACKSTORY5+ years of experience in a data-driven role within the gaming industryProficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or analytics frameworks like dbtBackground in A/B testing, player segmentation, or predictive modelingExcellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearlyNICE TO HAVEStrong game affinity, with an understanding of gaming products and player behaviorExpertise in Tableau, SnowflakeExperience with scripting languages such as R or PythonThe "New Moon Family'' is made up of 90+ highly talented individuals from all over the world.
