About RollicRollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with 3d and marketing artists to turn creative concepts into functional gameplay for creative and playable production.Implement gameplay systems such as controls, combat, AI, UI, progression, and in-game interactions to create playable ads using Unity Playworks.Develop and iterate on prototypes to explore new mechanics, narrative ideas, and gameplay styles.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable codeIdentify performance bottlenecks and optimize game code for target platformsParticipate in the creative ideation process by proposing new game ideas, mechanics, and visual interactionsEvaluate industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance production workflows.
