Full TimeBased in the Riverland / Murray Mallee RegionOutstanding opportunity to deliver quality footy program experiencesOUR VISIONThe game loved by all South AustraliansWhat You Will Love About This JobBased in the Riverland / Murray / Mallee region of South Australia, you will be a part of the energetic and hardworking team at SANFL spread around metro and regional areas delivering Footy across SA. You will be responsible for coordinating a variety of SANFL programs across the West Adelaide Football Club Country Zone. These programs include:Zone Development – lead the zone participation strategy and deliver growth throughout Auskick, Club Football, new ways to play and Sporting Schools Evaluate program quality and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the participant experience and retention.Administration – provide outstanding communication, program administration and support projects as requiredRelationship building across all key stakeholders including West Adelaide Football Club, Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local GovernmentThere Will Also Be a Focus On The FollowingCollaborate with SANFL Community Program Leaders regarding specific focus areas including women & girls, multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island and disability.Supporting West Adelaide Football Club’s engagement and brand within the zone.Considerable travel across the region will be required and SANFL will supply a fully maintained vehicle. Your ability to foster strong relationships with schools and clubs will be driven by your delivery of quality footy experiences, support for volunteer workforces and professionally representing the SANFL and West Adelaide Football Club brands.Your success in the role will be underpinned by the following:DHS Working with Children CheckCurrent South Australian Drivers LicenceAn empathy and understanding of Australian Rules football at various levelsWorking knowledge of Safeguarding Children & Young PracticesExperience working with volunteers in a club sporting environmentCoaching and/or teaching experienceExperience in building relationships with key stakeholdersWORKING AT SANFLOur people are the heart of what we do.
