Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our infrastructure engineering team, focusing on building and maintaining robust, scalable systems that handle high-volume workloads.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in container orchestration and a strong background in developing high-performance applications.What will you do?Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architectures running on Kubernetes clustersOptimize application performance and resource utilization for large-scale workloads processing millions of requests dailyBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure automation toolsDebug and resolve complex distributed systems issues in production environmentsContribute to architectural decisions for system scalability, reliability, and cost optimizationWhat are we looking for?3+ years of software engineering experience with production systemsProficiency in Python or Go (Golang), with demonstrated experience building performant applicationsHands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments, including pod management, service discovery, ingress controllers, and cluster administrationProven track record working with large-scale distributed systems handling high throughput and volumeExperience with containerization technologies and orchestration patternsStrong understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure as codeFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)What additional skills will help you stand out?Knowledge of database optimization for high-volume workloadsBackground in performance profiling and optimization techniquesWork modeHybrid (4 days of work from the office)The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 4500-6500 monthly gross.BenefitsBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
