Game Production Coordinator

We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*This position is available under an independent contractor agreement only*As a Game Production Coordinator you will work directly with the dedicated Game Producer and external developers to assist with day-to-day production tasks and help ensure deliverables stay on track. You'll help monitor development progress and serve as a communication point between development teams and internal stakeholders.What you'll be doing:Assist in coordinating between 3rd party platforms, services and developersHelp track development milestones and maintain project documentationSupport developers with scheduling and organizing post-launch content releasesAssist with updating project roadmaps and content delivery schedulesHelp monitor live game operations and content release processesPrepare status reports and updates for the Game Producer and team leadsCoordinate meetings and facilitate communication between team membersHelp identify and escalate production issues or blockers to the Game ProducerMaintain project files, documentation, and tracking systemsAssist with organizing and scheduling development tasksWhat you'll need to be successful:Must haves:2+ years of industry experience in project coordination or production supportExperience supporting at least one shipped F2P title during development or live operationsStrong organizational and communication skills with attention to detailBasic understanding of game development processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completionGood interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teamsProficiency with MS Office and Google DocsNice to haves:Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferredAs an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.In this role you may be exposed to adult content
