Job Description

Job SummaryResponsible for supervising, inspecting, coordinating, and monitoring all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site. This includes liaising with clients, consultants, civil & structural (C&S), and architectural teams to address design-related issues and ensure smooth execution of all M&E scopes. Key Responsibilities Resolve technical matters on site by applying M&E engineering principles, practices, and problem-solving techniques. Plan and allocate work and resources effectively to align with the overall project schedule and ensure timely completion. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on interfacing works. Provide regular updates and technical reports to superiors.

Facilitate coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design or site issues. Attend meetings as directed by the supervisor or project manager. Support tendering processes, including specification compliance reviews, quantity take-offs, quotation sourcing, and input into project schedules.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to management To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Safety, Quality & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Skills & AbilitiesStrong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to engage effectively with site personnel, consultants, and contractors. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Expected Minimum Years Of Experience3 years and above
