Associate Visual StylingWe’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate of Visual Styling to join our client’s Visual Merchandising team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll help bring the brand’s vision to life by styling mannequins, supporting in-store visual presentations, and managing seasonal product samples. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compelling product stories that enhance the customer experience across windows, front-of-store presentations, and monthly store sets. Key Responsibilities:
Stay current on styling trends—especially in activewear—and translate insights into store-ready visual styling conceptsStyle mannequins and create impactful product displays in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising teamManage digital and physical sample intake and support in-season sample processes for assigned divisionsSupport the execution of monthly store sets, including preparing outfitting displays and assisting with internal presentationsCreate front-of-store and window display pods aligned with brand storytelling and seasonal campaignsDevelop monthly visual documentation, such as style guides and event styling communicationsPartner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Store teams to align styling efforts with business goalsAssist in planning and executing window styling across various store formatsBalance competing priorities between digital and physical styling responsibilitiesContribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and participating in special projectsTravel as needed to support store set-up or major visual initiativesQualifications:
1–2 years of experience in styling or retail visual merchandisingStrong eye for fashion, with the ability to translate current trends into commercial styling displaysCreative problem-solver with an innovative approach to visual presentationExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plusKnowledge of digital styling tools and trends is preferred
