WhizzHR is hiring a Sales Executive- for a Garage Industry in DubaiKey Responsibilities:Operations:Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the garage.Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between service advisors, technicians, parts team, and front desk.Monitor job card flow, ensure timely delivery of vehicles, and enforce quality control.Supervise inventory levels, spare parts ordering, and stock rotation.Assist in handling customer complaints and ensuring service excellence.Support compliance with health & safety and RTA regulations.Sales (B2B & B2C):Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new retail (B2C) customers and fleet/corporate (B2B) clients.Generate leads and follow up with potential customers via visits, calls, emails, and social media.Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.Negotiate and close deals with fleet owners, corporate clients, rental companies, insurance partners, etc.Prepare and present service packages, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations, with at least 2 years in a sales or client-facing role.Strong knowledge of auto repair services and workshop operations.Fluent in English, Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).Proficient in MS Office and garage management systems (GMS).Key Skills:Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Sales and negotiationWorkflow and time managementProblem-solving and decision-makingTeam leadership and coordinationKnowledge of B2B sales cyclesShare your resume at hello@whizzhr.com
