Oversee garden maintenance, mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, mulching, and pest management. Manage schedules, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold presentation standards. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and setting the standard for quality and safety. RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring: Proven experience in residential or commercial garden maintenance. Natural leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Good plant knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Current QLD driver’s licence (essential) and reliable transport to HQ. A passion for gardening and maintaining spaces people love.
