)Develop new and innovative recruiting strategies in accordance with our People Positive strategic initiativesEfficiently manage the job requisition process to ensure jobs are posted on internal and external recruitment sitesMaintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions, including key roles and hard-to-fill positionsCoordinate the pre-employment processes from acceptance to onboarding to ensure an exceptional candidate experienceMaximize the use of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS systems to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring and onboarding processMaintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles and hard-to-fill positionsMaintain a strong presence in the local employment market of each of our communitiesCoordinate and represent GSC at job fairs, industry events, educational events and campus recruiting initiativesProvide regular updates to leadership on recruiting metrics, timelines, and hiring statusEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsPartner with the Marketing team to develop recruiting materials and promote employer branding effortsWork with department managers to maintain up to date job descriptions and job profilesManage the internal transfer process for existing team membersEnsure hiring managers are trained in effective and legal interviewingWhat do need for this role with Garden Spot?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Recruiting experience in the healthcare or long-term care field is a plusDemonstrates a determined sales and marketing mindset to filling open positions and maintaining an engaged applicant pipelineStrong knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and platforms (e.
