As HR Business Partner & Operations, we're looking for a hands-on, people-focused HR professional to own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, compliance to culture. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, rolling up your sleeves to drive key people ops projects while partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and cultivate a positive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity. Manage the implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, best practices, and workforce development standards. Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Administer the performance review program to promote continuous employee development. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and support to colleagues, helping to identify individual strengths and development needs. Manage compensation structures, ensure competitive benefits packages, and administer payroll. Collaborate with management to ensure strategic HR goals align with business objectives.
