About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team, specializing in Garment Product Testing and Factory Base Compliance. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all apparel products meet rigorous quality and compliance standards, supporting our commitment to excellence and brand integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Disney or other major licensed apparel brands and a strong background in compliance and product testing within the apparel industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of garment product testing, ensuring compliance with internal standards and those of major licensors (e.g., Disney, Warner Bros., etc.).Manage and monitor factory base compliance, including social responsibility, safety, and environmental requirements.Coordinate with third-party testing labs and certification agencies to schedule and track product testing.Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation for all factories and products.Communicate compliance requirements and testing protocols to factories and internal teams.Review and approve test reports, certifications, and compliance documentation prior to production release.Support the onboarding and auditing of new factories to ensure they meet all brand and licensor requirements.Collaborate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to resolve compliance or testing issues.Maintain detailed records in the A2000 ERP system (or similar), ensuring traceability and audit readiness.Assist in process improvement initiatives related to compliance and testing workflows.Qualifications2+ years of experience in garment product testing and factory compliance, preferably with Disney or other major licensed apparel brands.2+ years of experience working with A2000 ERP systems (required); experience with Centric is a plus.Strong understanding of apparel production processes, compliance standards, and testing protocols.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with third-party testing labs and certification processes.Compensation & BenefitsPay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: Dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insuranceSchedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApplication Question(s):Please describe your experience with Disney or other major licensed apparel brands.How many years of experience do you have in garment product testing and factory compliance?How many years of experience do you have working with A2000 systems?
