About Gasoline GrillGasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today we have 7 company-owned locations and 3 franchise restaurants, with around 150 employees representing more than 30 different nationalities. In HR, we play a central role in shaping the employee journey: from the first contact in recruitment to onboarding, development, and everyday well-being. As a Junior HR Assistant, you will be an important part of supporting this journey. The RoleYour primary responsibility as a Junior HR Assistant will be to support our recruitment processes.

You will be in close contact with candidates and ensure that everyone experiences a professional and welcoming process – whether they get the job or not. In addition, you will take on a broad role working with HR administration and internal support. Your tasks will include:

Recruitment and ongoing communication/coordination with potential candidatesAdministrative HR tasks such as contracts, creating new employees in our systems, and assisting with onboardingSupporting employees internally, ensuring that everyone has a positive experienceAssisting with the planning and execution of training sessions, anniversaries, social events, and other HR activitiesContributing to HR support, AMO-related tasks, and other ongoing administrative assignmentsWho are you?We are looking for someone who:
