Join us as aSenior Manager, Commercial Controllingat Fazer Bakery FinlandIn this position you are working as a business partner for our commercial organisation consisting of Sales and Marketing leadership in our Fresh Bakery business. You are responsible for providing insightful financial, customer and brand performance analysis, formulating an outlook of performance within’ a shorter and longer planning horizon and guiding the performance towards the strategic targets. Through solid forecasting, performance tracking and turning data into insights, that you elaborate with the team, you will help shaping good data-driven business decisions.
Monthly closing activities, support in customer relations e. g. negotiations, developing of modern BI tools and participating in development projects are also vital parts of the role. This position is located in Vaarala, Vantaa, and we mainly work onsite. As our Senior Manager, Commercial controlling you will work within the finance organisation supporting and collaborating with our Fresh Bakery business unit in Finland. We’re passionate about what we do and passionate about finding the right fit to join us!What you will bring to the team?To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in commercial controlling position, preferable in FMCG company with proven track-record, and hold Master’s degree in Business Economics or similar. You have a strong commercial, business and financial understanding, analytical approach and you are able to handle large data sets. You are comfortable with the modern technologies and eager to utilize and further develop these digital tools.
Full proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI is a requirement, proficiency in ERP system (preferably SAP) and demand forecasting system (preferably SAP IBP) is a merit. You communicate fluently in Finnish and are also able to communicate in English in all organizational levels. As a person you have an ability to create well-working relationships across the organisation and a genuine interest for business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues, while also performing well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
