Job Description

Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Support Executive with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, hardware support, and SCCM deployments, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft 365 services including Teams and Outlook configurations. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, assessment, and testing of desktop software applications. Provide support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS. Respond to client IT support requests on-site or via remote access. Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues in client meetings. Provide meeting room, AV, VIP, and print support. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Support Active Directory password resets, Azure Portal, and MFA configurations. Essential SkillsProven experience in:

Troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware. SCCM deployments. M365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint). Good knowledge of: Web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols. Computer hardware and networking systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and think critically. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
