Job Description: We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Business Analyst with strong experience in agile delivery and Java-based environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and support the Agile development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and verbal) – MandatoryAct as a liaison between stakeholders and development teamsPerform story analysis and understand business needsTranslate customer requirements into detailed JIRA stories and documentationLead and participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos)Organize and facilitate customer demo sessionsCollaborate with developers and testers for end-to-end deliveryNice to Have: Basic knowledge of Java APIsExposure to GUI & Rich Client applicationsFamiliarity with enterprise IT systems and Agile toolchains
