Oversees cross-functional program execution, working with teams from Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, Tech, Legal, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, and Corporate Strategy.
Acts as the conductor and strategic integrator of internal teams to ensure a unified approach to sectoral inclusion across the organization. Engages with national government agencies and key stakeholders to align GCash's strategy with the national development agenda, positioning GCash as a critical player in nation-building. Serves as the conduit between GCash and like-minded organizations, enabling shared-value partnerships and aligning internal teams with external purpose-led opportunities. Leads the implementation and performance monitoring of inclusion programs, ensuring execution is on track, on time, on budget, and on strategy. Oversees progress reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Directly manages a team of 5 professionals under the inclusion strategy departmentWe're looking for: Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, strategy, sustainability, financial inclusion, or public-private partnerships. Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech, fintech, or development sectors. Proven experience interfacing with senior government, regulators, and external organizations. Strong background in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive innovation.
