Role: GCP Data EngineerLocation: Stockholm, SwedenExperience: 5+ yearsJob Description:Tech stack - MUST have:GCP service – (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, etc.)SQLPythonDBT (Data Build tools) - Modelling/transformation using DBTTerraform (Infrastructure as code)Soft Skills:GitHub | DevOps | CI/CD | Communication skills | Agile MethodologiesGood to have:Cloud Scheduler, schedule queries, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and other GCP services.Cloud Composer to orchestrate the pipelines.GCP Data Engineer certification is a plus.Responsibilities:Take end-to-end responsibility to build, optimize, and support existing and new data products towards the defined target vision.Be a champion of DevOps mindset and principles; manage CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and GCP infrastructure.Ensure data products work as independent units of deployment and meet non-functional standards (security, scalability, observability, performance).Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define and evolve the data product vision.Work with product teams within and outside the domain around data mesh concepts.Evaluate and drive continuous improvement while reducing technical debt.Maintain expertise in latest data/analytics and cloud technologies.
